Okładka jest integralnym elementem książki i jej kształt wynika z kształtu wszystkich innych elementów książki. O każdym innym elemencie książki można by powiedzieć to samo, co znaczy, że kształt innych elementów książki (w tym także tekstu) zależy od kształtu okładki (sic!!!). Okładka Traktatu kartkograficznego choć niespecjalnie wyrafinowana i konstrukcyjnie skomplikowana, nie może być innego koloru niż jest. A gdyby mogła, to wszystkie elementy drukowane na białych kartkach musiałby być innego koloru.
Although plenty ( = overwhelming majority) of readers will deny this, a cover is an integral part of a book and its shape results from all other parts of a book. The same can be said about any other part (element) of a book, what means that a shape of any other element of book (also of a text) depends on a shape of the cover (sic!!!). The cover of this Treatise is not very sophisticated and complex, however it must be red. If we change its colour we will have to change the colours of what is printed on white pages. And vice versa.
